Can I run the Assessment Tool for Oracle Forms 6? |
Yes, you can run the Assessment Tool for Oracle Forms 6 or even earlier versions using the XML files mode. First, you need to convert your forms, libraries, menus and object libraries to XML and PLD format. See How can get I get XML files from FMB files? for details. After that run the Assessment Tool. Click New… and then XML files in the New project window. Specify the folder with converted XML files (forms, object libraries, menu) for the XML folder field. If your forms use libraries, specify the folder with converted PLD files (libraries) in the Libraries folder field. If you have reports for conversion, specify the folder with converted report files in the Reports folder field. Press Create. |
